red level unparalleled tranquility really good service pristine room
the red level offered unparalleled tranquility and service. the staff were really good, anticipating our every need. our ocean suite provided us with a view that gave the feeling of a dream, a dream we never wanted to end. the housekeeping kept our room pristine, replacing towels and tidying up with such care.
darling, the only slight shadow was that i would have loved a bottle of water by the bedside each night.

The bar area provided great service and lovely entertainment during most evenings. We spent many hours there. the pool team and concierge ensured we lacked nothing during our hours at the pool. these people looked after us very well.

evening service lovely views
the staff was very helpful. i was especially impressed with the evening turndown service and the gift of sweets each evening. the hotel location was idyllic and our room had views over the hotel gardens and out to sea.
initially it looked like lots of options at breakfast but the quality was poor. the coffee was awful. we bought ours just outside the hotel every day.

a tender stay
really good service lovely staff peaceful level caring treatment
we returned recently after many visits. the hotel provide really good service, always. the pool staff were so nice and remembered our names. isabel in guest services helped find a book my wife left by the pool. it. the red level was so peaceful, with the staff always ready with a smile.
the minibar prices felt a little high, but it did not affect our happiness.
